If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Refunds will be issued as follows - only 70% , excluding transaction charges of the refund will be given & it is not applicable if conference is with in 90 Days. Eligible for 50% refund before 3 months & No refunds will be issued before 2 months of the conference

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation, we will not guarantee you about refund.
Cancellation Policy:
If AEM Conferences cancels the event for any reason, your registration is transfer for another Conference which is in same/similar field and which is occur within one year from the date of cancellation, if any extra charges applicable registrants are responsible to pay.
Postponement
If AEM postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 50% of the registration fee paid. If You want to get the benefit of 100% credit you can transfer it to another Conference which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to research@aemconferences.com Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of AEM Conferences if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.
Important Note
Registration prices will be vary based on early bird dates and AEM Conferences has the whole rights to cancel the registration at any time & no one is subjected to take/record the photographs & videos of events.
